After School Mindfulness Program for Children

Tuesdays 3:45 - 5:15
(doors open at 3:00)

Facilitated by Anne Ferguson RN and Susan Ginouves.

During this 1 1/2 hour program, children in grades 1 - 6 will learn and practice a variety of wellness modalities such as meditation, mindfulness, yoga, breathing and mudras, healthy eating,connection to natureand movement to music,through a variety of games and exercises. [read more]

Month of May Special: $25/day - for new students.
