Movement is an excellent therapy for clearing blocks not only in our bodies, but also in our energy (chakra) system, especially when coupled with meditation. 
 
Chakras are the primary organs of our body’s subtle energy system, and they correspond with and affect seven specific energy centers in our physical body. These energy centers connect our nerves, hormones, and emotions. [read more]
 
In this 90-minute class, we will use simple, structured movements to clear each of the chakras and a guided meditation to create awareness and alignment of the chakras for optimal functioning. We will also use essential oils in the meditation to assist in creating balance in the mind and in the body.
 
A mat and bare feet are all that’s required for this class.
