Fit Over 50 Yoga is being offered on Thursdays at 4 p.m. at the Dunstable Public Library. Will we see you today?

Sometimes yoga is practiced on the floor with a mat, sometimes it's done standing and utilizing a chair. To maximize the space at the library this class is a chair based yoga session of movement, music, meditation in a fun atmosphere that promotes vitality especially for those over 50 years old. Your instructor Sherida "Rara " is one of the area's most popular yoga teachers and the recreation department is delighted to welcome her to Dunstable.

This class is open to all who want to participate, regardless of age , but it can be especially beneficial to men and women over fifty looking to work on flexibility, balance and mindfulness.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring some water and arrive a few minutes early. $10 cash upon sign- up.
