It offers students a second chance to earn their high school diploma and to experience success at Mount Wachusett Community College. It is a scholarship program offering full-time dual enrollment for non-traditional high school students. Gateway to College is a program that is part of a larger network of alternative educational opportunities in the region.
Prospective students must:
Be between ages 16 -21, Live in Massachusetts, Demonstrate interest in post-secondary educational opportunities and/or career training, Have left high school or on the verge of leaving without a diploma
Prospective students may also:
Come from a Homeschool program, Have a GED/HiSET, Be behind on credits or not on track to graduate.
