ALL AGES WELCOME….Teen and Adults

In this 2 hour workshop, Introduction to Mindful Photography, Kim will introduce photography as a tool for positive growth, self-reflection, and as a mindfulness practice. We will work through at least 2 photographic assignments in class and come together to reflect on our personal experiences in an open and supportive environment. You will leave with a new perspective on photography and creative ways to practice.

This class is about the process and the journey of using photography as a tool for well-being and not about photographic quality. You just need an interest in photography, self-reflection, and a willingness to share. We will spend class time both indoors and outdoors, weather permitting. All ages and experience levels welcome. Any camera is fine (including camera phones). Space is limited.
