Classes will take place on Tuesdays, October 4-25 from 5:30-6:30 pm
This 4 week series is designed for those who are interested in getting started in meditation. Throughout this series, you will learn the basics of seating positions, what meditation is and isn't, as well techniques that facilitate "stream entry."
All the while, you will have copious amounts of time for hands-on meditation experience as well as a short journaling time to track your progress each week. There will also be time for Q&A each class.
This class is led by Bryar Trent. Bryar is a long-time meditator who has explored, studied, and practiced various meditation paths and techniques within a variety of cultures. He is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Instructor through the internationally accredited School of Positive Transformation. In addition to meditation, Bryar enjoys reading philosophy, deep conversations, and coffee.
Investment in health: $80 per 4 week series, drop in for people who have already taken the Intro series (refresher) $25/class
