YangTao™ Tai Chi & Qigong offer gentle meditative movement to help move blood and oxygen around the body, nourishing the organs and tissues promoting healing and strengthening of the immune system. In addition, due to the in-the-moment connection of the mind to the breath and physical movements, YangTao™ Tai Chi & Qigong help to calm the mind, relieving emotional stress and mental anxiety.
This Friday evening class is meant to be a fun, low key time for people of all levels to learn and practice this peaceful art of mindful movement and to connect with a community of like minded people!
