Let's go Hiking with Bodylines Pilates

Spending time in nature is a powerful thing! Good for the body and even better on reducing stress and feeling at peace. Join us on this moderate hike up Wachusett Mountain.

Denise Morrisey, Bodylines Client & Wachusett Mountain Park Supervisor will lead us! We will do a moderate 2.5-3 mile hike. Depending upon how much we chat and take breaks it could take 2-3 hours.

Come prepared:
🥾 Pack water
🥾 Pack a lunch
🥾 Pack a snack. G.O.R.P. "Good 'Ole Raisins and Peanuts" has the right balance of carbs, proteins, and fats.
🥾Bring sun protection.
🥾Bring a camera/phone for pictures
🥾WEAR your Bodylines Shirts!!!
🥾An extra layer for the top of the mountain
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦Bring anyone in the family along!
