Proactive habits can help individuals reduce their risk of cognitive decline. This session will highlight expert-recommended lifestyle changes that can be made today to help seniors keep their minds sharp for tomorrow. Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

•	Describe the connection between heart and brain health
•	Discuss the lifestyle factors that can impact overall well‑being
•	Describe the importance of a nutritious diet and identify superfoods for the brain
•	Explain how sleep impacts brain health
•	Discuss various exercises and activities that can promote brain health
