Treat yourself to a weekend of learning and networking with other Female Veterans with an opportunity to try new wellness modalities in a safe and supportive environment, such as:
Drums Alive • Tai Chi • Self Defense • Nutrition-Cooking Alpaca Yarning • Women’s Self Defense • Brain Exercise
Arrive for dinner and get to know each other on Friday evening at 6:00 pm; day of programming and dinner on Saturday from 9:00 am – 7:00 pm; conclude by 2:00 pm on Sunday after a nutritious lunch.
