About Us

The Lexvest Group is a privately held real estate development, investment, and advisory company headquartered in Maynard, MA. We focus on value-add and opportunistic real estate projects in all commercial real estate segments – with extensive experience in mill redevelopment, industrial, office, hospitality, and multi-family residential product types.

We currently own and operate a commercial portfolio of approximately 750,000 square feet – home to over 100 thriving businesses in north central Massachusetts and the north west 495 corridor. The Lexvest Group also owns and operates a diverse hospitality portfolio in Cape Cod.
