Fidelity Bank recognizes colleagues during 2025 All-Hearts Meeting



Leominster, Mass.—Fidelity Bank recently honored colleagues at its All-Hearts employee recognition meeting, held at the Doubletree Hotel in Leominster. An annual gathering of all Bank colleagues, the meeting recognizes individuals for delivering on the Bank’s LifeDesign promise of providing care, clarity, and confidence to help clients get where they want to be.
 
Shawn Tolf, business services sales representative, received the 2024 Client-Facing Mission Accomplished Award. Since joining the Bank in 2023, Tolf was recognized for building trust and fostering long-term partnerships, as well as offering thoughtful recommendations to achieve financial goals. He is a resident of Lunenburg.
 
Paula Bernier, director of mortgage production, received the 2024 Back-Office Mission Accomplished Award. Bernier was recognized for leading a Bank project successfully as well as being an integral part of balancing multiple high-impact initiatives while ensuring day-to-day operations continued business as usual. She is a resident of Athol.

In addition to the Mission Accomplished Awards, colleagues were also recognized with an Innovation Award and Role Model Awards for representing the Bank’s values of care, humility, integrity, and positivity.
 
The 2024 Innovation Award was given to Gelsomina (Jessie) D’Esposito, core banking and digital applications manager, and Jim Notaro, director of digital delivery, product, and market intelligence. The duo was recognized for working toward continuous improvement and the pursuit of excellence by creating automation to feed data in real time across systems, ensuring the availability of accurate and updated product information. D’Esposito is a resident of Franklin Square, N.Y., and Notaro resides in Lunenburg.
 
Amber Herndon, mortgage production coordinator, received the Excellence Award. Herndon was recognized for providing a caring approach toward both clients and colleagues, building meaningful relationships, and offering recommendations with insightful solutions. She is a resident of Leominster.
 
Deb Kazarian, banking center manager at the Needham Banking Center, received the Care Award. She was recognized for her community involvement with the local Rotary Club and the Charles River Chamber of Commerce, while also fostering loyalty among her team. She is a resident of Natick.
 
Mayra “Mimi” Rosero Regalado, home loan specialist, received the Humility Award. She was recognized for her active pursuit of learning and development, handling difficult situations with poise and professionalism, and unwavering support of colleagues. She lives in Worcester.
 
Donald Mailloux, personal banker at the Gardner Banking Center, received the Integrity Award. Mailloux was recognized for adhering to the highest professional standards and working to bring the right resolution to difficult situations using the Bank’s C.A.R.E. process. He is a resident of Sterling.
 
Towma Rastad, community engagement manager, received the Positivity Award. She was nominated for unwavering enthusiasm, optimism, and encouragement, approaching challenges with a can-do attitude, and bringing energy and joy to the workplace by creating a space where colleagues feel valued and motivated. Rastad is a resident of Ashburnham.
